She is a member of the Music Educators National Conference (MENC). At Elmwood, Mrs. Bailey teaches Early Childhood music and grades K-5 general music. </p><BR><BR></font> </td><td align=left valign=top cellpadding=5 width="300"><center><BR><H3><u>About the program...</u></H3></center><font size="2"><p>The Early Childhood and kindergarten music classes meet once a week.
