About the instructor...Ann SchinskeMs. Schinske received her Bachelor of Music Education from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Additionally, she received her Master of Music Education from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. She is a member of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) , American Orff-Schulwerk Association (AOSA) - Level I, and a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT).

About the program...Students create a lifelong passion for music. PERFORMING: 1. Singing, alone and with others, a varied repertoire of music. 2. Performing on instruments, alone and with others, a varied repertoire of music. (District-wide assessment in 3rd grade) CREATING: 3. Improvising melodies, variations, and accompaniments. 4.
